1:1 Adult Mental Health Counselling (In-person)

In-person talk therapy for adults 19+ for 50 minutes.

1:1 Meet & Greet Intake Session

A session for us to get to know each other to ensure that this will be a good fit for you and your needs.

1:1 Adult Mental Health Counselling (Virtual)

50 minutes of virtual counselling for adults 19+. Virtual counselling services can be completed on a live Zoom session.

Couples Counselling Session (In-person)

An in-person session for romantic partners to refine their communication, conflict resolution, and compassion skills to strengthen their overall relationship.

Family Counselling Session

An in-person session to build communication skills, increase family bond, and grow as family unit. This session can accommodate the entire family unit or be utilized with as little as two family members.

‘Uy’ skweyul. My name is Aaron Moore. I am an RCC (Registered Clinical Counsellor) with Coast Salish and European ancestry. I have worked in the helping field since 2019 primarily with my fellow Hwulmuhw mustimuhw (Coast Salish people) why also facilitating counselling and therapeutic groups to people of all cultures and backgrounds.

While I am passionate about supporting others with all aspects of their personal growth, I specialize in working with those looking to strengthen their skills in their personal relationships. This includes couples’ sessions, growing personal communication skills, increasing effective self-advocacy, and expanding on one’s conflict resolution strategies.
